斯巴达的CentOS 7貌似有点问题，装不上bbr？
他家的CentOS 7.0和7.1都试了
kernel-ml 安装上去了，然后修改默认内核后，重启一看还是原先的内核。。
grub2-set-default 0
[root@Seattle ~]# uname -r
3.10.0-229.1.2.el7.x86_64
[root@Seattle ~]# egrep ^menuentry /etc/grub2.cfg | cut -f 2 -d \'
CentOS Linux (5.11.3-1.el7.elrepo.x86_64) 7 (Core)
CentOS Linux (3.10.0-1160.15.2.el7.x86_64) 7 (Core)
CentOS Linux 7 (Core)
[root@Seattle ~]# grub2-set-default 0
[root@Seattle ~]# reboot
Connection closing...Socket close.

重启VPS后
[root@Seattle ~]# uname -r
3.10.0-1160.15.2.el7.x86_64
[root@Seattle ~]# egrep ^menuentry /etc/grub2.cfg | cut -f 2 -d \'

7.7以上正常。不过好像最高也就7.7

刚又面向莆田搜索编程，试着重新生成配置，再重启后就好了。。
grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg
