Push failed: Unable to access 'https://github.com/xxx/dsbot/': Failed to connect to github.com port 443: Timed out

不想重启电脑

这样设置两个都试了，重启pycharm后还是443

把pycharm自带的http代理设置一下

我试着设置了还重启了pycharm还是443呢（最后一个图）
