我那次，自己收到邮件后没有重视，没有在指定时间内回复，我自己是有一定责任的，所以我觉得先道歉会比较礼貌点。
我也没有觉得怎么低声下气了，“下次不再犯“说的是以后会及时回复，在指定的时间内回复这本来就是他们要求的范围内的。
低声下气我也觉得不太妥，毕竟是第一次这样搞没有经验，网上也没找到先例，我也只能用半桶水的英语尝试性地表达了。

这个一般不会罚钱的。他们的ips发现你有vps有可疑活动，比如ssh扫描。
通知你，让你调查，你只要在24小时以内有动作就行了，比如发个ticket说正在调查之类的。
不一定要在24小时以内解决。

我碰到很多次了。 呵呵。
